If you have or had a medical condition,injury or are pregnant, you should get a clear from your doctor before attending any classes.

In case of specific health problems, injuries or muscle weakness, the choice of Private Training Sessions is also available in our studio and is highly recommended.

 

 

 

 

Our Pilate classes  relies more on callisthenic-style exercises and stretches and we use materials such as:rubber bands, body sculpting balls,swiss balls, Pilates rings, Flexi-Bar and more. 

 

There are Pilates rib mats (15 mm thick) available, however clients are welcome to bring their own mats. Classes are held with suitable background music to help keep the flowing throughout the exercises. Being a new studio, our Pilates classes are focus on beginner's & intermediate levels.

 

 

      

                                             

Our Indoor Cycling classes are held using Giant Tempo bikes. Tempo bikes are belt driven bikes.

All our bikes are fitted with dual side pedals - strap and VP clip shoes ONLY – which are Shimano SPD compatible as shown in the picture.

Clients are welcome to bring their own bike pedals and change before the class.

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR FLAT SOFT & FLEXIBLE SHOES.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Classes Specifications

 

CYL - Cyclelates(R) - Cycle & Pilates fusion - Burn and sculpt with 30 mins of control and power paced Pilates Matwork followed by a perfect and fun 30 mins ride.

New to Indoor Cycling? This is a fantastic way to get the feeling of what a full Indoor Cycling class is all about. Say good bye to calories....

Important note:  

Cyclelates Studio offers a choice to our new Pilates clients to take on a Pilates Introductory class. This will allow the client to absorb much more during the 30 minutes Pilates session within a Cyclelates class. Otherwise is a good idea to participate in couple to several Pilates classes.

 

 

 

Pilates Mat - Our Pilates 1 hr Matwork session is a 45 minutes of Pilates Matwork followed by 15 minutes of warm down stretches. This class is great for beginner's to intermediate levels. Here you will learn to connect to your core, to control your body and to challenge yourself.

Pilates Core - Swiss Ball - An hour class of full body and core control based on challenging exercises, some involving balance, others strength. The great thing about swiss ball is an unstable ground, due to the instability it activates the nervous system, delivering a much higher quality work.

 

 

 

 

Total Body ( Free Floor or Circuit) "THE BRAZILIAN KICK BUTT WORK_OUT"

Lots of squats, lunges, compound movements, hard butt work ending with a nice dash of great quality abdominal and core work. If set up as circuit the exercises are mixed and balanced well between upper and lower body work throughout the circuit.

Indoor Cycling/TB Fusion - This fusion is a new fusion in our studio, and everybody loves it! The class is set up as a circuit style class, using functional training and Pilates specific exercises blended with full music tracks Cycling modes (hill,sprinting) in between the floor exercises.

 

 

Indoor Cycling - Ride to great tunes and fresh air whilst enjoying the disco ball lights... What a great way to burn some calories!!!! And to release the stress...:) Our Indoor Cycling classes are free style, which means always different music and no choreography set ups.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PPT - Personal Pilates Trainer - A 1 on 1 Pilates fitness training program to focus on your individual needs, such as pregnancy, to increase fitness level, achieve better posture or just quality of a personalized training session away from group classes. Pilates Introductory Classes - The introductory class is a one off orientation class. This class is designed to deliver clients new to Pilates the understanding of the Pilates concept.
